Local Pulse is a product of Mano Nirman Innovations Private Limited ("Mano Nirman Innovations Pvt Ltd", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated in India with its office in Hyderabad, Telangana. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Mano Nirman Innovations Pvt Ltd. They cover your use of the Local Pulse mobile apps, website, and related services (the "Service").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Local Pulse. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
Local Pulse helps local businesses manage their online presence. It offers AI-drafted review replies, Google Business Profile posting, local rank tracking, competitor insights, reports, and gamified progress features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
4. Connecting Google Business Profile
You may connect only Business Profiles you own or are authorized to manage. By connecting a profile, you allow us to read its data and publish replies and posts that you approve or schedule, including through auto-send if you turn it on. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms and policies.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI suggestions may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for everything posted from your account. Do not use the Service to create fake reviews, misleading statements, or content that breaks Google's policies or the law.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
- Do not try to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security.
- Do not resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features need a paid plan. Plans are billed per connected Google Business Profile location, monthly or yearly. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown, with any applicable taxes such as GST, before you pay.
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited, using UPI AutoPay, cards, net banking, or other methods Razorpay supports. We do not store your full card number, bank credentials, or UPI PIN. Your payment is also subject to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment mandate you authorize, until you cancel.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from the app or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
- Credits: each plan includes a monthly credit allowance per location. One credit is used for each published review reply or generated Google Business Profile post. Plan credits reset every month and do not carry over. Top-up credits you buy separately do not expire while your account is active.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we may pause paid features until the payment succeeds.
- Price changes: we will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Refunds: subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires or you were charged in error. If you believe a charge is wrong, email info@manonirmaninnovations.com within 30 days and we will review it.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Mano Nirman Innovations Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the content you create and your business data, and you give us a limited license to use it only to operate and improve the Service for you.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific rankings, ratings, review volumes, or business results, and we are not responsible for changes made by Google or other third-party platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mano Nirman Innovations Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
